Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

RaytUp offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You can explore all features of your chosen plan during this period at no cost. We encourage you to fully test the product before subscribing.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly plans, you may cancel at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months — if you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have access until your billing period ends.

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual plans, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your subscription start date if you are not satisfied with the service. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You will retain access to the service for the remainder of your subscription period.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside of our standard policy — for example, due to a technical issue on our end that prevented you from using the service — please contact us and we will review your case individually.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at hello@raytup.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

6. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
