By accessing or using RaytUp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
RaytUp is a review management platform that helps local businesses collect Google reviews via QR codes, manage customer feedback privately, and reward customers with discounts.
You must create an account to use RaytUp. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We offer a 14-day free trial for all plans. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period ends, you will need to subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
RaytUp offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Monthly subscriptions are billed each month until cancelled. Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
You agree not to use RaytUp to collect fake or fraudulent reviews, spam customers, violate Google's review policies, or engage in any illegal activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
RaytUp and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RaytUp and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
RaytUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time from your settings page.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email. Continued use of RaytUp after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
